BALI BIRTHDAY:
50TH eDITION
In April 2023, one of my closest friend’s Ryan was gearing up for his epic 50th birthday.
Ryan and I met as he was looking for a new group of friends and found my NORD events which is where he got to see first-hand my knack creating spaces, running events, and bringing people together.
He asked me to come with him to Indonesia to help him organise a week-long extravaganza for 12 of his closest friends - and that’s exactly what we did.
MY ROLE
As Ryan wanted to relax on his trip and enjoy his birthday, I was in charge of:
Helping him find 12+ person luxury villas in Seminyak and Ubud
Handling all communication with the villa staff and butler teams
Planning optional itineraries with unique experiences in Bali (he didn’t want a bogan birthday)
Running suitable music and playlists in all villas at all times
Organising transportation for group outings
Reoganising the villas to create a ‘cuddle puddle’ space + setting up the space with lighting, oils, speakers, and decor
Finding and booking suitable luxury restaurants, day clubs, and booths for our group
‘Making it happen’ when someone had a great idea we wanted to pull off.
